Biography

Brianne Karazsia is the Human Resources Manager for Riley Children's Foundation in Indianapolis, IN. She oversees employee benefits, compensation support, recruiting and hiring processes, the college internship program, and facilities. Brianne is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and a TalentSmartEQ Level 1 Certified Trainer.  

Brianne has previously worked in human resources in the public education sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management from the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, earned in May 2018, and a Master's of Public Administration from Indiana State University, completed in May 2021.
