Jenna Watkins is a Program Management Specialist at the Indiana University Indianapolis ECHO Center. Prior to joining the ECHO team, Jenna completed a year of the Ending the Epidemic AmeriCorps program through the Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis. She was placed at Step-Up, Inc., a local non-profit organization that specializes in providing HIV Care Services, STI Testing/Prevention, and Reentry Services. Jenna's position involved working with the Indiana Peer Education Program (INPEP ECHO) and offering case management services to clients.
Jenna graduated with an anthropology degree and a minor in classical studies from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2021. Jenna is fascinated by the intersections of human development and culture. She also attended the Herron School of Art and Design for two years where she studied Printmaking and Drawing, with lithography being her favorite printing medium. Jenna dreams of returning to school to pursue a double Masters in Anthropology and Public Health.
In Jenna's spare time, she enjoys visiting state parks, reading, caring for her garden, and spending time with loved ones.
