- Identify the sources and uses of resources in the public sector (federal government, state and local government, health care organizations, not-for-profit organizations)
- Describe the components of a grant proposal and funder expectations
- Build a functional budget
- Read balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow sheets
- Propose evaluation metrics for a public health program
